AGS Rome 2026 Welcome Kit · a pass, or a stand
Two ways to be in the building. Most founders reading this want the first one, and it's the right call for a first trip.
1. A pass
You walk the floor, sit in the sessions, request meetings through the Match App and hold them at the venue. Every pass includes the welcome reception, full exhibition access, all conferences and workshops, and the Match App. The tiers differ in what they add on top.

2. A stand
Your product on display in Hall 2 for four days, staffed by you. For a brand that wants affiliates and networks to come and see the product, with a program they can sign into on the spot.
Availability. Same route: the exhibitor enquiry on the site. Most space is allocated; ask what remains.
Whether you're ready for it. Only if you have a program partners can join today, tracking that works, and the stock and margin to take the volume a good affiliate sends. If any of those isn't true yet, a pass and a shortlist is the better first trip. A stand is what you come back with next year, once you know who'd visit it.
To be clear
Nothing here books anything. Stand and sponsorship pricing comes from AGS when you ask. And if what you wanted is gone, the answer above still holds: the people are in the building either way, and a pass is the door.
