Your AGS Rome 2026 Welcome Kit
Affiliate Grand Slam · 2 to 5 November 2026 · Fiera Roma, Rome · for brand founders and operators
You asked to see who's relevant to your brand before you paid for anything. Right order. Here's the kit, and here's why it exists.
The number you don't post
"Profit on paper, panic in the bank account." A founder wrote that, and every founder who read it felt it in the chest. The dashboard says 2.4. The bank says calm down. You're doing bigger months than two years ago and taking home less, and every channel wants a cut before you see a dollar. Meta rents you your own customers back. The agency vanishes between reports. The CRO audit told you to make the button green.
You've pulled every lever on your side of the business. Creative, site, offer, account, structure. "Same bad metrics across all of it," as one founder put it. When you change everything and the number doesn't move, the problem isn't on your side of the business.
The lever you haven't pulled
The brands still growing didn't crack Meta. They have partners. Marketplaces where their offer is listed and affiliates pick it. Networks that run consumer offers to traffic the brand never paid for. Media buyers who send clean orders on commission because the margin made it worth their while. Other brands seem to have endless affiliate armies, and you can't get one person to reply to an email. That's the wound, and it's the right one, because the fix is a conversation, not another test budget.
Here's the mechanism in one honest sentence, because you'll hear dressed-up versions of it all week: a partner funds the promotion and earns an agreed commission on qualifying sales. Your job is to make sure the sale still leaves enough margin to be worth having. Refunds, terms, category fit and conversion decide whether it goes further. That's the whole deal. It's not magic and it's not free. It's distribution you don't pay for up front.
The people who do this are in one hall in Rome for four days. You can put your product in their hands, hear what each one needs, and compare their answers side by side. That is the reason to travel. Not the keynotes.
What's in the kit
1. Who's confirmed, by role, and why each role matters to a brand. Marketplaces, networks, the agencies and buyers who choose what to run, TikTok, Meta and Google with staff on the floor, payments, fulfilment, retention, and the founders on stage. One line each.
2. What you bring to the conversation. Three numbers, the product, one question. Ten minutes, prepared.
3. Every way a brand can take part. A pass, or a stand. What each is and how you get one.
4. The Best Value for Money Guide. Every pass and price, when an upgrade is a waste, the whole-trip budget, and the calculation that tells you whether Rome is worth more to your business than the next test campaign.
5. The November note. It's the week before the most expensive auction of the year. Here's how founders who go anyway handle it.
6. Rome, practically, and who's on stage. Trains, shuttles, hotel areas, visas; the eight confirmed speakers and why each might matter to a founder.
7. Are you also an affiliate? For founders who also promote other people's offers.
The order things happen in
Write your three names from the list. Use the guide to pick the pass and price the trip. Buy the pass. The Match App opens; you request your three; they accept or decline. If they accept, you have a meeting to prepare for, and page 2 is the preparation.
Said plainly, once
Brand attendance is paid. Standard is €375 now, €525 at the door, and it gets you everything you need. This kit doesn't book a pass; the guide tells you which one and the link does the rest.
Three conversations you couldn't have got on Zoom. That's the standard for the trip. The list is next.
We update this kit from time to time as confirmations, prices and event details change. This page is current as of 12 September 2026.
