Your AGS Rome 2026 Welcome Kit for agencies

Affiliate Grand Slam · 2 to 5 November 2026 · Fiera Roma, Rome · for agency owners

"If I already know exactly who I'm meeting, the flight and hotel feel like business-development spend rather than conference spend." An owner wrote that, and it's the whole reason you asked for this before deciding anything. So here's who you'd be meeting.

Busy, and not secure

You know the feeling. The calendar's full, the team's stretched, and it still doesn't feel safe, because every time revenue looks stable somebody pauses or "brings it in house." Closed three last month, lost three this month, same MRR since August. You're good at the work. You know you're good at the work. Pipeline is the problem, and delivery eats the time you'd spend fixing it. You'll do outreach when things calm down. They never calm down.

And the client isn't comparing you with another agency anymore. They're comparing you with one employee and a login. "So much of what agencies charge for is stuff that Ai can already do faster and cheaper with similar quality," one owner admitted in public, and the scary part isn't that it's perfect. It's that good enough is enough for a lot of clients.

The dream isn't more clients

It's fewer, better ones, and a share of the upside. Deals where if you make them money, you make more money too. One partner who keeps sending the right kind of work beats another lead-gen system. And the introduction that closes a deal is the one that goes straight to the person with the budget, which is night and day from a cold sequence.

You also know which room that happens in, because you've been to the other one. "Most marketing conferences are a waste for agency owners because the content is generic and the attendee mix is competitors and tool vendors." The rule, from an owner who learned it the expensive way: "Pick events where buyers go, not events where peers go."

AGS isn't a room of agencies. It's brands and offer owners who need traffic run, networks and marketplaces that pay on results, TikTok, Meta and Google with staff, and the vendors to the brands you want as clients. Buyers. That's the point, and it's the list on the next page.

Two doors

Door one: clients. Brands and offer owners who need what you do, and the fulfilment, payments and retention vendors who know which brands are growing and asking for help.

Door two: a share. Networks and offer owners who'd assign your buying team an offer on terms and pay you on results. Rev share without a retainer conversation. The contract the buyer next to you already has. Under AGS's rules, a paid-media agency that runs traffic to offers is an affiliate, and the last page covers what that means for your pass.

Both doors are in one hall for four days.

What's in the kit

1. Who's confirmed, by category. Brands and offer owners first, then the networks and marketplaces that pay on performance, traffic sources, platforms, payments, the vendors to your future clients, and, at the bottom, the other agencies on the floor so you know who's there.

2. What AGS can do for an agency. Both doors, how the Match App gets you names before flights, which rooms exist, and the options, from a pass to a stand.

3. The Best Value for Money Guide, agency edition. Which tier for which goal, the whole bill including time away from delivery, the break-even worksheet, the nine questions to ask before you treat a performance deal as a plan, and how owners make one trip pay.

4. Rome, practically. Trains, shuttles, the four hotel areas, visas, what to pack.

4a. Who's on stage. The eight confirmed speakers and why each might matter to an agency.

5. Are you an affiliate? If you run traffic to offers, the invitation to apply for a complimentary pass.

The order

Pick six from the list: three that could hire you, three that could pay you on results. Buy the pass the guide points to. The Match App opens; requests go out the day it does; they accept or decline, and accepted requests form your itinerary; then you book the flight you can't cancel. Names before flights. That's what makes it business-development spend.

Agency attendance is paid: Standard €375 now, €525 at the door. Requesting this kit doesn't book a pass; the guide tells you which one.

Fewer, better, and a share. The list is next.

We update this kit from time to time as confirmations, prices and event details change. This page is current as of 12 September 2026.
